Meaningful
Support
We make people feel welcome and valued, as well as offering practical support such as training and employment coaching. Everyone is facing a different challenge, but each person matters. We take everyone as we see them and do our best to help put people on a path to a better life.

Control
Is about what happens when ordinary people throw away long-accepted management practices and start operating from their deepest sense of right, with a sense of profound responsibility for the lives entrusted to them.
Together – professional bodies, agencies, churches, volunteers, partners and staff – we must work harder and honour a commitment to transform lives now and inspire lasting hope for the future.
Get Involved
We’re always grateful to anyone who wishes to get involved in our operation. By becoming involved with EACHa, you’re supporting a worthy cause and becoming a part of a compassionate, caring, and respectful family. You’re supporting an opportunity for the most marginalised people in East Ayrshire to find recovery and positive change.

We are committed to providing practical assistance and a welcoming environment.
